3. How we use your information

  • To process and ship your orders, handle payments, returns and refunds.
  • To send order confirmations, shipping updates and customer service messages.
  • To send marketing emails or text messages if you have opted in.

  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security issues.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. Cookies and tracking technologies

We and our partners use cookies, pixels and similar tools to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, analyze traffic and run advertising. This includes tools from Shopify, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google and similar advertising and analytics providers.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, through the cookie banner on our store. You can also limit ad personalization through your Meta and Google ad settings, or at optout.aboutads.info and youradchoices.ca. Blocking some cookies may affect how our store works.

5. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as needed with:

  • Shopify, which hosts our store. See Shopify's Privacy Policy.
  • Payment providers that process your payment, such as Shopify Payments and PayPal.
  • Fulfillment partners and shipping carriers that pack and deliver your order. Some of these partners are located outside your country.
  • Service providers and apps that help us run the store, such as email and SMS marketing, customer support, product reviews, bundles and cart tools.
  • Advertising and analytics partners such as Meta and Google.
  • Authorities or other parties when required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a business sale or merger.

6. Targeted advertising ("sale" or "sharing" under US state laws)

Under some US state privacy laws, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), using advertising pixels can count as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, even though no money changes hands. In the past 12 months, we may have shared identifiers, internet activity and commercial information with advertising partners for targeted advertising.

You can opt out at any time by emailing support@tabbyandrex.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share". We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals sent by your browser.

  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Delete your personal information.
  • Receive a copy of your information in a portable format.

United Kingdom: under the UK GDPR, we process your information to fulfil our contract with you, with your consent (for example marketing and non-essential cookies), for our legitimate interests (for example fraud prevention and improving our store) and to meet legal obligations. You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Canada, Australia and New Zealand: you may access and correct your personal information and complain to your local privacy regulator if you are not satisfied with our response.

If you sign up for emails, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. If you sign up for text messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing messages at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. 9. How long we keep your information

We keep your information as long as needed to provide our services, process returns and warranty claims, meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, resolve disputes and prevent fraud. After that, we delete or anonymize it.

10. How we protect your information

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (SSL) and secure payment processing. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International transfers

We and our service providers may store and process your information in countries other than your own, including the United States and countries where our fulfillment partners are located. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
